Middle School Programs (6 lessons)
- JA Global Marketplace® (6th grade) students learn practical information about what make international trade work and how it affects students daily lives. Students will learn about the six key economic aspects of world trade and use these to analyze historical events and contemporary international business concepts and practices.
- JA Economics for Success (7th grade) students explore their skills, interests and values, and the world of work to make informed education, career and life decisions. They will also learn about budgets, the use and abuse of credit and financial risks.
- JA America Works™ (8th Grade) provides students with examples of how business and entrepreneurship affected the economic development of the United States during the 19th century.
- JA It's My Business! (6th-8th grade) teaches middle grades students entrepreneurial skills through innovative activities that focus on filling a need, knowing your customer and product, being creative and innovative, and believing in yourself.
