Inspiration to a new generation to prepare for their own economic success

Committee Structure
-
Event committee will have a Chair, Co-Chair, and Secretary responsible for leading the committee’s activities, reporting to the board, and documenting meetings.
The Chair will take the lead in organizing meetings and delegating tasks, while the Co-Chair will provide support and act as a backup.
Secretary will document meeting notes and share with the committee
-
Event committee will have specific goals that align with the JACTX's mission and strategic priorities for fundraising events.
These goals will guide the committee’s work and help focus their efforts on high-impact activities.
-
Event committee will focus on [F.E.M.] (rebrand and new Fall 2025 evening major fundraiser with direct input from JA Staff when/where necessary) to accomplish within a given timeframe.
Although this committee is a year commitment, the above events will have a start date and an end date to ensure accountability and avoid ongoing, undefined projects.
This time-bound approach should make the events committee participation more manageable and attractive, since you will know the specific scope of your commitment.
-
The Events Chairs are asked to provide quarterly updates on their committee's progress at our quarterly JA Board meetings.
These updates will include:
